[What does damage prevention mean to you?] Everything, I mean, damage prevention is safety. It’s making sure everybody goes home at night. Everybody gets a chance to make the money they need and live their life. That’s what’s huge for me.
[How do you collaborate with others to prevent damages?] Communication is key, but not just communication. Thoughtful, meaningful communication. Making sure that you’re communicating effectively, not just words and emails, but collaboration.
[How have you seen the industry come together to improve damage prevention?] It’s been a awesome, awesome adjustment, an awesome change in the damage prevention space and people wanting to be damage prevention. I think that that’s what’s important. I think the term got thrown around a little too lightly lately. Everybody’s damage prevention, but if they’re talking about it, they’re thinking about it, and that’s the first step.
