Tracer wire is compromised by damage from a single event. This is especially a concern in areas that are congested and at a greater risk of repeat damages.
When Signaltape® Underground Warning Tape and tracer wire are used together there is still a damage prevention system in place if the tracer wire is damaged by noncompliance or otherwise compromised.
